В России сегодня около 28 миллионов детей. Около 2 миллионов подростков неграмотны, а более 6 миллионов несовершеннолетних находятся в социально неблагополучных условиях. В сфере обеспечения прав ребенка в России самыми злободневными проблемами остаются беспризорность, сиротство, детская преступность и наркомания.

По данным председателя Следственного комитета при прокуратуре РФ Александра Бастрыкина, В 2008 году жертвами преступного насилия в России стали 126 тыс. детей, в розыске находилось 12,5 тыс. детей, погибли только от преступлений 1914 детей, 2330 детей подверглись насилию, был причинен тяжкий вред их здоровью. За последние годы, по данным МВД, развратные действия против детей увеличились в 3,6 раза, 60% этих развратных действий в отношении детей совершают родители, близкие родственники, знакомые и друзья семьи.

The future demand for education is unlikely to survive without improving the existing learning methods, and the first step for such improvement is to understand the complexity of learning and the possibilities for enhancement. Learning is a complex process that can be shaped and reinforced through variable aspect. Understanding the nature of learning complexity, its risks and influences helps to establish methods, tools, and technologies to support the learning process, and to contribute to the educational system.

Introduction

Employee satisfaction continues to be among top priorities of Global Corporations. Engaged employees do better jobs and are essential to the organizations’ long-term success. Winning loyalty and commitment of employees is a critical responsibility and a key to organizations’ strategic objectives. This study evaluates various employee satisfaction factors in the UAE, in different sectors and environments with diversified workforce. For instance, resent informal survey of a multicultural corporation revealed that the organization has a high performance rate, measured through key performance indicators, and a very low employee satisfaction rate. The management was very much concerned about this outcome and decided to assess the case.

The study can contribute to a better understanding of employee satisfaction and how it can be improved. The project’s objectives are to reinforce organizational values and create a high performance culture. Moreover, the aim of this study is to identify how to work more closely with individuals across different entities in order to improve employee motivation and productivity, as well as create business value for the client. This literature review examines the list of factors for employee satisfaction. Ability to evaluate, develop and adopt these factors to organization corporate culture can help to increase employee satisfaction and improve retention, productivity and profitability.

This paper presents the findings from the literature review what are the drivers of employee satisfaction and to propose recommendations for employee satisfaction program in a multicultural context. The objectives of this literature review target inputs from different studies on gaps in employee satisfaction. With important inputs from other scholars, the review will identify information gaps to verify what can be done better and what are the key issues to tackle during operational work. The findings will enable organization management to take appropriate action to motivate employees, increase their productivity and the profitability of a multicultural corporation.

Introduction to Strategic Management

Most of today’s strategic management researches follow the paradigm of Schendel and Hofer, defined in 1979. The paradigm described the process of strategic management as “entrepreneurial work of the organization, with organizational renewal and growth, and…with developing and utilizing the strategy…to guide the organization’s operations” (Sandberg, 1992). The concept of this paradigm assigns strategy four distinct characteristics: 1) scope (market/products combination), 2) utilization of internal resources for differentiation in the market and as “a competitive weapon”, 3) competitive advantage as a combination of scope and competitive weapon, 4) “synergy among activities, resources and scope” (Sandberg, 1992).

Such approach to strategic management allows forming a hierarchy of strategies within an organization, under Schendel and Hofer declaration that “structure and processes should be considered a component of strategy” (Schendel & Hofer, 1979, pp 17-18). Authors assigned six primary tasks to the process of strategic management: develop goals, analyze environment, formulation, evaluation, implementation of strategy and its control. Various schools review strategic management through organizations and diversified processes. Strategic management can help organizations to work on disagreements in the definition through assessing similar organizational variables and important elements.

Mintzberg described strategy formation as a process of thinking and 'intuitive vision’, a learning stream, where individual knowledge apply to social interface. He portrayed the process as cooperative and conflict in nature with three focal phases: analysis, negotiation, and programming. All these phases are impacted by specific environmental conditions.

Развитие заводской индустрии в Иране начинается в 1821, под руководством Амира Кабира, одного из Иранских премьер-министров того времени и продолжается до 1900 с учреждением нескольких заводов. Затем, после депрессии Второй Мировой войны, тяжёлая индустрия возрождается в 60х годах. 

Russia was always an example of most challenging cross-cultural conflicts. Today Russia is in the mid of transitive struggling with no apparent ideology and with many diversified ideological influences and ethical and moral issues, raised from 10-11 centuries. Despite of a high level of corruption, Russia’s business schools lagged behind Western programs in business related studies. Western governments and non-profitable organizations facilitate academic development in Russia’s business institutions, emphasizing on business ethics. Such penetration of Western standards in Russian academic systems would have positive impact on business ethics development in the country. Successful implementation of business ethics by active players of Russian business academic community will lead to the further development of the country’s market economy.
